What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Our chicken mid wings are very popular marinated in your choice of sauce, always a crowds pleaser. My favourite thing is chicken breast, which is perfect for any dinner. 

How long have you been working here? I have been working here for 18 years. 

Are you a big or small crew, how many of you working there? We're a good size crew, there's 12 of us in store. 

What do you reckon is best part of your job? Definitely the regulars that I've got to know very well over the years. 

What are your interests in life? Any hobbies, interests or mad obsessions? I really enjoy a nice night out for dinner, dessert and a day at the beach.  

So, do you think your shop or service helps make shoppers’ lives easier? We have so many products such as our marinated chicken and crumbed chicken that's all done for you, just cook and serve. 
 
Do you have local customers you know by name, or like to have a chat with? I can say probably say with confidence i know every second customer by name or face and always happy to have a chat. 

What is the funniest unusual request you've ever had a customer? We have had a customer ask to have raw liver put into a roll for him to have at lunch.  

What do you think makes Campbelltown Mall a great community and/or good place to shop? Campbelltown Mall makes grocery shopping so easy, everything is located close to each other. Fresh food, vegetables, seafood and chicken all located int he same place. It makes it easy to shop, you can be in out in no time at all. It makes like busy routine a littler easier.
