I’m Zina Sebastian, the proud founder of Laser Sydney, established in 2012 with a mission to deliver laser and beauty treatments that truly make a difference. My journey into the beauty industry was deeply personal—I struggled with severe acne as a teenager and experienced firsthand how skin concerns can impact confidence and overall well-being. That experience ignited my passion for skincare and fueled my commitment to helping others look and feel their best.

Today, I operate two thriving clinics in Sydney’s southwest, where I lead a dedicated team of nine professionals. As a diploma-qualified beauty therapist, I am devoted to providing high-quality treatments, fostering a supportive environment for my staff, and continually innovating to ensure my clients receive the best possible care. Laser Sydney is more than just a business to me—it’s a platform to inspire confidence, empower individuals, and elevate industry standards.

1. What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment? The ScultpX muscle stimulator which uses RF to help reduce fat whilst simultaneously build muscle!

3. How long have you been work here and what do you enjoy most about this centre? We have been in Campbelltown Mall for 5.5 years now and love how friendly and community driven everyone is.

4. What are your interests, any hobbies, interests or mad obsessions? I am a serial researcher! I love all things to do with personal development and learning new ways to be best version of myself! Delving deeper into quantum physics, reprogramming the brain, hypnosis and the miracles of manifestation! Pilates is my new obsession!

6. What’s the best part of your job? Catching up with my beautiful long term clients and seeing them go through their life's journey from finishing school, getting married having children of their own. Seeing the confidence in my clients once I am able to treat their concerns is also so rewarding!

7. So, do you think your shop or service helps make customers’ lives easier? If so, tell us how: Yes! Not having to worry about shaving your legs or body parts with our already busy lives is such a life saver! Fixing skin concerns so people can love the skin they are in which helps with self esteem and self confidence plays a huge part in assisting with mental health! If you look great you will feel great!

8. Do you have local customers you know by name, or like to have a chat with? All my clients I know by name and boy do we love a good chat! I can’t walk to the centre bathroom without bumping into local clients!

9. What is the funniest or most unusual request you’ve ever had from a customer? Laser them in the shape of a love heart! lol

10. What do you think makes Campbelltown Mall a great community and/or good place to shop: The kindness/friendliness customers show towards us. People will often smile at you even if they don’t know you.

11. Name two things you like most about working at the centre? Everything is so convenient and under one roof. Yummy food options.

12. Do you have a fave time of year in the centre and if so why? Christmas is always so fun and exciting, there is a nice festive atmosphere towards the end of the year.
