COVID-19 Updates

 

Current Government Restrictions for the Campbelltown LGA

On Friday 20th August 2021, the NSW Premier announced that the current ‘stay at home’ orders for Greater Sydney will be extended until the end of September 2021.

In line with these extended government restrictions, all current operational restrictions remain in place for our Centre.

Additionally, from 12.01am Monday 23rd August 2021, the following additional restrictions apply:

     - Stores that provide pet supplies, office supplies, landscaping materials (including plants), hardware and building supplies must close and provide click and collect only

Due to the curfew, please note that the our Majors will be closing at the below times until further notice.

     - Coles: closes at 8:30pm
     - Woolworths: closes at 8:30pm

    When visiting us for your essential goods and services, please remember:

         - Check In on entry
         - Wear a mask in Centre at all times
         - Utilise the sanitiser on entry
         - Cough or sneeze into your elbow

    Importantly, please stay home if you are feeling unwell and get tested for COVID-19 if symptoms occur. We understand that this extended lockdown is difficult for our community and we are here to support you. Thank you for your ongoing understanding and support.

     

    Coles & Woolworths's trading hours effective Monday, 23rd August 2021.
    From this date, Coles and Woolworths will operate reduced trading hours. The reduced trading hours will then support the customers via Coles and Woolworths' Click & Collect and Home Delivery services. For further information we encourage to contact the store directly.

    Latest COVID-19 Confirmed Exposure Sites

     

    Saturday 7th August 2021 

    In addition to our communication on Thursday, we have been made aware that a customer who has returned a positive COVID-19 test result visited Coles on Sunday 1st August between 2:25pm and 3:10pm.

    Any visitor to Coles during the above-mentioned day and time is a casual contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative test result. If your date of exposure at this venue occurred in the last four days, you must get another test on day five from the date of exposure. Wear a mask around others and limit your movements until you get another negative result. You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur you should get tested again.

    Coles has completed a clean in line with SafeWork Australia guidelines. Additionally, any team member who worked at the above-mentioned day and time is following the above health advice.

    This is an important reminder to ensure that when you visit us for your essential goods and services you are:

          - Checking in on entry via the Services NSW COVID-Safe Check In app
          - Maintaining 1.5 metres between yourself and others
          - Observing store capacity limits 
          - Utilising the hand sanitiser on entries

    Additionally, if you are feeling unwell, please stay home and ensure you get tested if you have symptoms.

    Staying safe and well is a community effort. Together we can minimise any risks and play our part in stopping the spread.

          - Monday 26th July between 3:15pm and 3:35pm
          - Wednesday 28th July between 12:40pm and 12:50pm
          - Thursday 29th July between 12:55pm and 1:15pm
          - Sunday 1st August between 11:30am and 11:40am
