The Campbelltown Mall Customer Service Desk is located on the Lower Level between Newspower and the Medical Centre. The Customer Service team can assist you with:

- Kiddy Kab Hire - gold coin donation to hire, all monies collected is donated to local charities such as Lifeline Macarthur and 24 Hour Fight Against Cancer

Parents' Room
Campbelltown Mall offers you three Parents' Rooms for you convenience, and yes, Dads are welcome! Our Parents' Rooms are located on:
- Lower Level behind Sushi Hub
- Upper Level near Vodafone
- Upper Level in the foodcourt, next to tasty Noodle Bar
Security

Justice of the Peace
Campbelltown Mall offer a weekly Justice of the Peace for your convenience. You'll find members of the Macarthur Justices Services on the Lower Level outside Coles every Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
Mobility Parking
Mobility car parking spots are located at mall entrances on both the Upper and Lower Decks.

Public telephones are available for your convenience on both levels of the Centre:
